Nice dress, could improve shipping
I ordered a floral midi dress and a pair of earrings from JOY. The dress arrived in good condition, the print is lovely, and it fit true to size based on their guide. The earrings were also just as pictured online. My order shipped out in a couple of days, but then it took almost 10 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I hoped. The packaging was standard, nothing fancy. I didn't need to contact customer support or anything. Overall, happy with the items themselves, just wish delivery was a little faster for the shipping cost.
